All sales are final. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
However, in exceptional circumstances — such as a duplicate charge, payment debited but access not granted, or a verified technical failure on our end — refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.
To raise an exceptional case, contact us at ravikapoorirs@upscsutra.com within 7 days of purchase with your registered phone/email and Razorpay order ID. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
